May Pet of the Month
May Pet of the Month Layla is 6 year old boxer that was adopted from PAWS when she was 9 months old. She was a very sick when she first came home, but has become quite the quirky and lovable girl.
About Layla:
She is named after the Eric Clapton song “Layla”
She only has 3 toes on one front paw. Her toe was removed after she broke it trying to escape from her crate
Layla loves going to her grandma and grandpa’s house, where her cousins are (Beau- Black Lab, Winnie- White Boxer)
Layla is Pocahontas every year for Halloween (she loves wearing the costume)
Some of her favorite things include: her grandpa, playing with the hose, the beach (even though she cannot swim), eating watermelon, going on walks, chewing bones, giving hugs, and her cousin Beau
