Scheduling visits, communicating with your sitter and management, and even paying your bill are made easy with the Time to Pet software that Urban Tailz uses. There’s even an app you can download to your iPhone or Android phone, which makes setting up care for your pet easy while on the go!

Below is a list of services. We would love to schedule a meeting where one of our managers can come to your home, meet you and your pet, and further discuss our services. Services and Pricing Guide

Initial Consultation (complimentary): An Urban Tailz staff member will meet with you and your pet(s) in your home free of charge.

Cat Sitting Visit ($25*): We come into your home to care for your cat(s) while you are traveling. We provide them with food, fresh water, and scoop litter. We are happy to bring in your mail, water plants, and take care of other household duties. Our cat visits must be done daily. While we understand that cats are self-sufficient we want to ensure your kitties are safe and nothing happens in-between visits so we do require daily visits. We will also not share cat sitting duties with a friend or neighbor for similar reasons. Too much gets lost in translation, and we want to make sure our visits go as smoothly as possible!

50-Min Extended Cat Sitting Visit ($35*): Do you feel like your cat(s) might need a little extra playtime? Urban Tailz provides 50-min extended visits for those kitties who would like a little extra TLC while you’re away.

Holiday Cat Sitting Visit ($35*): We work 365 days a year! The holidays we observe are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day After, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

House Sitting ($150*): One of our most popular services. Let your pet relax at home while you’re away instead of being stressed at a kennel. One of our house sitters will move into your home, keep close to your pet’s regular routine, and will make sure your pets get plenty of exercise and play time while you’re gone. We will also do any little chores you need done around the house like bring in the mail or water your plants. *extra charge for households with more than 4 cats.

*Extra Pet Fee ($5): Is applied to dog walks for each extra dog in the home. Also applied to cat visits for households with 4+ cats.

Pet Services: We know from experience that it can be difficult finding time for all of your pet care responsibilities. Instead of rushing home from work, or taking time from your precious weekends, instead relax and let us help. We can assist with many services for your pet, including visits to the vet, groomer or trainer, as well as store errands, etc. Fee to be discussed per service.

PLEASE NOTE: When scheduling, your visits may say pending, but you can consider your visits booked as soon as you put in the request. We take our time scheduling because we want to be consistent with only one sitter coming if possible, but you can consider the visits booked as soon as you schedule!
