Welcome, and thank you so much for joining the Urban Tailz family!

We have sent you a separate email with your credentials to log into your very own client portal. You can also use this information to log into our mobile app. To download our mobile app, visit your iPhone’s App Store or the Google Play Store and search for “Time To Pet”. Your portal/mobile app is where you’ll be able to update your pet information, make reservations, communicate with your pet sitter and our office, see pictures and report cards from our visits and pay your invoices.

The initial Meet & Greet usually takes 15-30 minutes. Please be prepared to review your pet’s routine and provide two copies of your keys. One copy will be stored in the on-site lockbox and the other will be kept in our office as a backup.
