"As the owners of two Newfoundlands, we have some special needs when it comes to the care of our giant breed “kids”. Urban Tailz has been the best at delivering that care. We’ve used them for dog walking and house sitting for over three years. Each Urban Tailz care giver who has walked or watched our dogs has done so with a lot of love and compassion.The notes after each walk or stay are highly informative as well as entertaining – we really miss our dogs when we’re away so it’s comforting to be able to picture what they were up to when we were traveling. Several of Urban Tailz walkers and sitters have worked with our dogs, and I’ve been pleased with all of them. We like to have the flexibility of more than one person being able to walk or sit for our dogs in case of emergencies.

Because our dogs are so large (and one can be particularly exuberant and the other is a slow walker because of arthritis), we ask that they be walked separately. Instructions are always followed to the letter and after house sitting our home is in great shape. Sometimes better than when we left it! We – our dogs included – are so lucky to have Urban Tailz at our service."

"We have been clients of Sue's and Urban Tailz for 6 years, since our yellow lab Truman was a little puppy We were referred by a friend of mine from work who still uses Sue's business to help care for her cats. Sue is true dog lover and this permeates how she runs her business. She makes sure to hire dog walkers that are animal lovers and reliable Leon has been our specific dog walker for the last 18 months or so.

I’ve used Urban Tailz for both housesitting and dogwalking and have had a wonderful experience.  They worked with me to find a dog walker that Phoebe felt comfortable with.  They are very responsive and accommodating to last minute changes in the schedule.  When I leave home, I know Phoebe will be well taken care and enjoy her walk immensely.  Each day I look forward to reading the note the walker leaves for me.
